I recently spent a few nights at Hawthorn in Southfield, and I have mixed feelings about my stay. I loved the spacious layout of the King Studio Suite. The kitchen had everything I needed, which made preparing meals a breeze. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to stay connected for work. However, I came across a few issues during my visit. Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as I expected. They missed restocking some basic supplies, which was frustrating. The bathroom could use some upgrades too. it felt outdated and lacked enough hooks for towels or any convenience for toiletries. Additionally, the breakfast options could definitely be improved. I found the choices limited and the food quality didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, I appreciated the remodeled look of the room but felt more attention to cleanliness and food quality would make a big difference.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our 2 King Beds Two-Level Suite, which allowed our kids to play and relax comfortably. The WiFi was a lifesaver for our devices, and the staff were always welcoming, especially during breakfast when the kids loved the variety of options.
